The Presta WP E Commerce Theme is a nice solution for people that want a quick to set up WP E Commerce Theme.
This is the best I have seen and I am going to be using this myself on a near term project.
In my opinion this blows most of the other “Free E Commerce” and Free shopping carts out of the water.
The only other one that comes close to this WP E Commerce Theme I think is OS Commerce. OS Commerce does have a wordpress version but the integration of that into WordPress seems harder to me and the OS Commerce Shopping cart seems way overly complex to me.
